2 Bros Town Hall COFFEE CO. was born from a simple family dream — two brothers, Mavryck and Joaquin, building something real together inside the historic Chippawa Town Hall. More than a coffee shop, it's a chance for the next generation to learn entrepreneurship and business ownership from the ground up.

We bring people together through premium coffee, meaningful conversations, and community connection — all while preserving a century-old landmark and giving it new life.

Seventh Coffee was founded after co-founder Mike Gatopoulos' son Jack was diagnosed with Williams Syndrome — a rare genetic condition caused by the deletion of 26–28 genes on chromosome 7. The name, the logo — a 7 with a piece intentionally missing — and the company's entire purpose exist as a daily reminder of Jack.

We're a premium grab-and-go coffee experience. No indoor seating or public washrooms — stop in, order at the counter, and take your coffee with you. Fast, fresh, and convenient.

WHERE EXACTLY ARE YOU LOCATED?

Inside the historic Chippawa Town Hall at 8196 Cummington Square West, Niagara Falls, Ontario. Street parking is available out front, and there's a beautiful park right across the street — the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your coffee.

WHAT KIND OF COFFEE DO YOU SERVE?

We serve premium Nespresso Professional espresso drinks and locally roasted drip coffee — every blend is origin-traceable and zero carbon. Espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced drinks, drip coffee, and tea.

ARE YOU ECO-FRIENDLY?

Absolutely. Every Nespresso capsule is collected and recycled — aluminum gets a second life, and coffee grounds are transformed into compost or renewable energy. We're a zero carbon footprint café, and we also serve as a community drop-off location for your used Nespresso capsules at home.

WHEN DO YOU OPEN?

August 2026. Join our Founding 50 to be the first to know the exact date and receive exclusive Two Bros merch on opening day.

Mon, Wed–Fri: 6 AM – 6 PM. Sat–Sun: 8 AM – 3 PM. Closed Tuesdays. We open early for the morning crews and stay open through the afternoon.
